  • Rocking audiobooks! ๐Ÿ’ช Recently I got the @audible_com app and loving listening to audiobooks on my commute to and from work. Itโ€™s just the coolest, listening to really inspiring books written by really inspiring people. ๐Ÿ‘‰ A highlight has been the book โ€œThe 5 Second Ruleโ€ by @melrobbinslive - Such an inspiration to start trusting myself and stop hesitating at making decisions I feel are right - A rocking audiobook to give you a boost of motivation to go for what you want! โค๏ธ

Got the hots for Chia Seeds and love sprinkling them all over my breakfast bowls - Today itโ€™s Strawberries, Coconut Milk & lots of Chia Seeds mmm ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ‘‰Chia Seeds are cheap to buy and a great source of protein, containing lots of amino-3 fatty acids. Itโ€™s such an easy way to add extra nutrition to your breakfast bowl ๐ŸŒ or even to a salad ๐Ÿฅ— Go on, add a sprinkle!

Over this last month I committed to practicing yoga every week day, and it has become my essential happy place again ๐Ÿ˜Š 
I am usually so busy, like many people, running through my day and feeling like I never have enough time to do the things I really love... like yoga. But, at the end of the day, we do have some time... we just need to decide whatโ€™s most important to us and use our time wisely on doing more of the things that make us feel our best ๐Ÿ’œ Some weekdays I do a full 1 hour class at a studio while other days I only have time for one or two @doyouyoga classes at home - either way, I am still doing more of what I love and slowly, step by step, moving closer to my goal of one day doing my Yoga Teachers. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿ’• What makes you come alive? Next week schedule time, even if just a little, to do more of it - youโ€™ll feel happier and that happiness will spread into the rest of your life๐Ÿ’ช

- 2 Boiled Eggs
- Big handful of Rocket
- Some Baby Tomatoes
- Dress with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Fresh Lemon Juice
- Season with Salt&Pepper โค๏ธ Who said being healthy had to be complicated? Enjoy! #nomnomnom

  • Ra-ra-ravioli! ๐Ÿ‘ This week we decided to do something a little different at work, and make a warm lunch - Fresh pumpkin & porcini mushroom ravioli, boiled for 3-4min, and dressed with a healthy splash of Olive Oil and an even healthier sprinkle of grated Grana Padano cheese - Oh me oh my! Quick and easy and oh so delicious! Might have to do it all over again in a couple days... ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • Best Carbonara (so far) in Rome! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘Œ This little gem of a place, in the heart of the hip Monti Neighborhood has some seriously tasty pasta... Pasta Chef was started by 2 Italian chefs, and not only has great food but also a very cool atmosphere. I have been back again and again, and admittedly have the same Carbonara Pasta every time... just canโ€™t help myself! So good!
๐Ÿ‘‰The Monti district is so cool to explore by foot, so you can get a little exercise before or after you indulge! ๐Ÿ˜‹
  • Simply the best! ๐Ÿ• ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น I have such a soft spot for great Neapolitan Pizza and will do extra yoga just so I can enjoy one of these every so often ๐Ÿ’ช Surprisingly, Florence has got lots of tasty Neapolitan Pizza spots to choose from! If youโ€™re in town, make your way to Oโ€™Vesuvio for a Margherita with extra Bufala... A tasty treat for sure! ๐Ÿ˜‹
