When it comes to stress and overwhelm, one of the first steps to take is to realise that it is possible to create a new way of being in the world – one that is calmer, more balanced, and much more joyful. And it all starts with you committing to creating this new way of being.

As your health coach and biggest supporter, we’ll work through your challenges together. We’ll do the inner work, so that you can build a better relationship with yourself and start setting healthier boundaries and prioritising your self-care. And we’ll do the outer work, so that you can re-design your life in a way that nourishes you instead of stresses you out.

Years ago I used to be seriously stressed out, overworked and overwhelmed. And it took years to figure out that this was not the way to live… I realised that you can still go for your dreams without the stress and overwhelm. And I’m passionate about helping other ambitious humans create a more peaceful and nourishing way of life too.

The question is, are you ready to let go of some of that pressure you’re putting on yourself?

A massive part of reducing stress and overwhelm in your life, is about putting yourself first. This can be difficult, as you’re so used to give-give-giving.

But, you know what they say: You can’t pour from an empty cup. And in order to give your best self out to the world, you need to feel your best.

That’s why a big part of this one-on-one coaching program is about looking at your relationship with yourself and priotitsing your self-care (Because true health and happiness is an inside job).

When you learn to show yourself more love, compassion and care, that’s where the real magic and transformations start to happen.

Our journey together

During our 6-months one-on-one coaching

You will...

Get clear on your personal values and set meaningful goals

Prioritise your time better – creating more space for rest, self-care and joyful activities

Make diet changes to boost your health, and to stabilise your energy and mood

Reframe your limiting beliefs and build a more positive and expansive mindset

Implement techniques like meditation and yoga to activate relaxation in the body

Build habits that nourish you in all the right ways, and create a lifestyle you love

These are a few of the key areas we cover during our time together. Along the way, depending on your needs, we’ll pivot and I’ll support you in the most relevant way.

At the end of our 6 month journey

You’ll be more clear about what’s truly important and what you want out of life

You’ll know how to prioritize your time better and set healthier boundaries

You’ll have more time for rest, self-care and fun. In fact, at this point, you’ll actually enjoy slowing down and relaxing more, instead of living with your foot on the pedal all the time

You’ll know how to manage your emotions and maintain more and more calm in your life

You’ll understand how to eat in a way that keeps you more balanced, and you’ll know how to manage your cravings when they arise

You’ll have reduced your stress, and you’ll have learned to slow down and let go more

You show yourself lots more love and compassion, and it’ll feel good!

1 x 60-minute video call every 2 weeks over a 6-month period – 12 sessions in total

Personalised action steps and additional resources after each session

Unlimited email support between sessions, during the week

A personalised “Pick-Me-Up” pdf at the end of the program

Above all, during our one-on-one video sessions, I offer you a warm, safe and non-judgemental space to work through your challenges. This is a sacred space that is instrumental in your healing journey.

A personalised PDF on completion of your program

In the last session, you’ll receive your very own Personal “Pick me Up” 5-page PDF guide. This will contain a summary of the key learnings and discoveries from our time together, that you can refer to whenever you need a boost.

It’s here to pick you up and help you get back to your happy place.

It will contain:

  • Your personal values and vision for yourself
  • A simple personalised healthy eating guide
  • A simple personalised healthy habits list
  • Tools & Strategies useful to all areas of your life
  • Additional reminders and resources
