True healing happens from the inside out… When you work on your relationship with yourself, you can change your behaviours, drastically improve your health and happiness, and essentially, you can change you life…

So, while I welcome a variety of clients with a variety of health challenges, I specialise in helping clients build a better relationship with themselves, and in so doing, transform their approach to health. ‘Getting Healthy’ shifts from a constant challenge to a joyful journey of feeling great.

In my 1-on-1 6-month program, you’ll learn how to create a new and more nourishing way to approach your health journey. You’ll learn how to make it a simpler and more enjoyable journey, where you’re nourishing yourself and feeling better and better by the day.

Some of the specifics:

You’ll learn practical information about food, so that you can make easier and more informed decisions. You’ll develop a better relationship with yourself and the food you eat. You’ll forget about restriction and dieting, and will learn how to trust yourself, eat intuitively and find what truly works for you. You’ll learn how to approach health in a truly holistic way, regularly looking how you can nourish all areas of your life, both on and off the plate.

You’ll explore different habits and strategies during our 6 months together. And at the end you’ll have built your own personalised toolkit of what works best for you, to take you into the future.

This program is more than just learning how to be healthier through food or fitness.

This is about supporting you as you turn your health goals into a journey to feeling amazing on the inside out. You’ll be self-reflective, build self awareness, and get clear on your values and goals. You’ll build self love, and learn how to use that to drive your health journey. You’ll build your own set of personalised healthy habits that keep you strong – mentally, physically and spiritually…

Getting and being healthy was once a struggle for me, on many levels. And I learnt how turn it into a wonderful loving journey to feeling more and more amazing with each day.

And I want the same for you.

How it all works:
This is a 6-month one-on-one program. We’d meet for 12 sessions over a 6-month period (once every 2 weeks). Each session is 60-minutes long and done over Skype Video. Also included is unlimited email support in between sessions, and various resources shared with you depending on your needs. And, to conclude our 6-month journey together, you’ll receive a personalised 5-page guide that includes all the useful tools, strategies & habits you can turn to when you need additional support.
